WQ26 Appalachia Wall Quilt

Description

Appalachia is the result of many inspiring hikes in Hocking Hills State Park, the foothills of Appalachia.

Appalachia is a 9 month block of the month project.

The applique shapes are pre cut, eliminating tracing and cutting!

There are sixteen 8″ x 8″ blocks; the quilt measures 34″ x 34″.

The duration of the project is 9 months, with two blocks shipped each month.  The last month is the finishing kit.

The cost is $65.00 plus $5.00 for shipping for the first 8 months. The last kit is $30.00 plus $5.00 shipping.

The quilt consists of wool applique on wool with cotton borders, and is embellished with decorative embroidery.

After the first kit is shipped,  you will be called for credit card information for the remaining 8 kits.

Use your own pearl cotton for the decorative embroidery, or purchase the coordinating Wonderfil pearl cotton set.

Use your own threads for whipstitching the applique shapes or purchase the Ellana wool thread set.
