With a full moon in the background, this quilt features the Great Grey Owl, Great Horned Owl, Barred Owl, Screech owl, and a sleepy little Northern saw-whet owl.
The fabrics are wool appliqué on wool with flannel borders. The design features lots of basic embroidery stitches, including the running stitch, chain stitch, featherstitch, lazy daisy stitches and French knots.
There is a size 5 Eleganza pearl cotton thread set for the decorative embroidery consisting of: EZ04 Manatee,EZM02 Pure Puppy Love, EZM09 Up A Tree, EZM80 Sardine Box, EZM82 Haymaker’s Punch, EZM88 Fit To Be Tied, EZM94 Lamb’s Ear.
